Fabrics inspection before cutting

Fabric must be inspected 100% before ex-fabric mill,and offered us fabric inspection report. And then our fabric team will also inspect again to ensure fabric quality before cutting.

Cutting piece inspection before sewing

During bulk fabric cutting stage, our fabric cutting team, will arrange workers to check cutting pieces one by one to ensure the cutting pieces is good for sewing.

PPS inspection

We must sew all component together to check the fitting and color matching before producing bulk production.

Semi inspection

During bulk producing stage, our quality inspection team will go to production workshop do routing inspection to check sewing level,measurement,color matching and etc before sewing all pieces together.

Final inspection

We will do final inspection for threads, sewing ,overall shaping, measurement and etc again . 100% inspection must be done before these bulk garments are packed into bags.

For every development and bulk production, we will always set up production calender to help better control delivery.
